Glue Paper
Installation technology of Keep Kool Glue Paper based on chemical
subject that is different from other technologies. However, it's
better technology for solar film. The original glue paper (PSA)
based on polymer acrylic acetocrylic or polymer ether that smelt
all substances together. This system has Tg's lower than room temperature.
For CDF Glue Paper, the technology of Keep Kool, produced from
substances that react with X-100 chemical solution. It is easier
to place on glass and the substances could be durable. Moreover,
polymer CDF is harder and could resist other substances and environment
condition. The solid substances could remove film while installation.
PSA is softer so it is difficult to remove. However, monomer, speed
reaction soluble substances, soap and the rest water couldn't react
to heat, radiation, solar, UV ray, which cause of glue paper declination
and product using life.
Film Coating Paper
SR film coating paper made of acrylic and UV protection system
that make film surface durable to scratch. For cleaning this anti
scratch substance, it has tested in 2 way : one is the fine metal
fiber (grade 000), and another is ASTMI D'1044 with Tabor Abrader
Tool, which could test film sample with smog. Changing smog and
using heavy test wheels in many types. The standard of industry
has used CS 10F wheels 500 grams weight that couldn't cause the
